This session is a gentle way in: a space to soften, to land in your body, and to let that current rise a little closer to the surface — reconnecting with the wisdom that already lives in your cells, your bones, your breath, passed down through every woman before you. Menarche, becoming mother, menopause - these phases of our lives mark endings/beginnings of the seasons of our lives, they are portals of power. What do we wish to let go of, and do differently as we begin again. We can honour any stage of our journey: menarche (reclaiming), becoming mother (see Closing the Bones), end of your bleeding cycle, Queen, becoming elder and honour significant endings in life, moving house, divorce, separation, loss.

These ceremonies provide a sacred container to lay rich, fertile soil for new growth in your life. During the ceremonies, you will experience the sacred art of yoni steaming, sacred anointing, and womb wrapping. You will be guided in selecting your own herbs to intuitively connect with what supports you most. Being cocooned in a rebozo wrap creates a deeply somatic experience: supporting stillness, nervous system regulation, and gentle processing, allowing you to return to the beginning, connect with your womb space, and integrate. you will be anointed with sacred oils to seal in your intentions and new way of being in the world.
