Presence, connection and foundational touch to support your body and your journey into motherhood. These sessions offer support for your physical and energetic connection to your pelvis, womb and baby. Helping your body soften, open and nourish life within, while relieving discomforts such as muscular pain, leg cramps and pelvic tightness. You will be guided to drop in, listen and trust your innate intuitive body wisdom, supporting your sacred transition into motherhood.

A sacred and embodied hands-on birth workshop giving you and your partner practical skills to create a safe and sacred holding container for birth. Supporting trust in your body’s deep wisdom, allowing you to move inwards and down, away from the thinking, reactive brain and connect with instinctual, embodied knowledge.
