This foundational session is an invitation for you to drop anchor and dive into the sweet earth that is your body. There is nothing to fix here, or work out, we will softly and safely land, slowing down the pace, orientate towards your pelvic bowl, re-connect you with your womb space with somatic practices. Providing the chance to change the channels, bring in a beautiful heart womb breath, womb presencing, movement, awareness of your energetic body, womb embodiment and healing.

This session is a bringing together of my knowledge of womb and body wisdom, somatic regulation and intuitive healing. Borne out of the experience of providing healing spaces and foundational touch for the last 9 years supporting women re-connecting to their womb and pelvis. What has stood out to me through this time is that somehow through our lives as women we have disconnected from this divinely feminine space in our body, our womb, our pelvis. We are missing the connection and wisdom to our bodies and womb space and all she holds.
This offering is about landing in our pelvic bowl, about tending to and listening to what she is feeling, saying, communicating to us through movement, sensations, emotions. It’s about acknowledging what is there, not fixing. Allowing embodied healing in this way connects us deeply to our intuition, our pelvis, our womb space. We begin to listen to the messages she has for us.
Your pelvic bowl is your anchor, a place where you track back to and reconnect your deep feminine wisdom. Trust me, this is accessible to every woman at any age. This re-centering into your body and pelvis is a re-connection to your felt sense, an invitation start to awaken to your power, your wisdom and your knowing.

What do we wish to let go of, and do differently as we begin again. We can honour any stage of our journey: menarche (reclaiming), becoming mother (see Closing the Bones), end of your bleeding cycle, Queen, becoming elder and honour significant endings in life, moving house, divorce, separation, loss.
