She Who Is

of the land

for the woman sensing something ancient calling her home

return remember belong

16 May 2026 2.30pm

Once, the female body was celebrated. Revered. Entwined with the rhythms of the earth, the moon, the turning of the seasons

Our cycles were sacred

Our bodies were honoured

Our transitions — from girl to woman, from mother to elder — were marked, witnessed, held

That sacredness never left

It lives in you still — in your cycle, in your body, in the quiet intelligence that pulses beneath the noise of your days

Imagine knowing and feeling this from the beginning

Your cycle as a map

Your inner seasons as a guide

The rhythm of your body reflected in the turning of the earth, the seasons of your life mirrored in the seasons of nature

Your body as sacred, not something to push through

Your rhythms as medicine, not weakness

This changes everything

This is body literacy

Something that lives in you, moves through you, guides you

This is a return & a remembering

Join me this May for an afternoon of remembering — that we are entwined with the cycles and seasons of nature, and that our bodies have always known the way home.

We begin where it all begins — with what our ancestors knew, of what has been dimmed over generations. You may find yourself exhaling something you didn't know you were holding.

We return to the simplicity of the wheel — the rhythm of the moon, the seasons of the earth, your own inner seasons and the cycles of your life. Not as information. As recognition.

We land in the body, in the pelvis, feel the body of the earth beneath us. We create and tend to what is sacred — for ourselves, for our ancestors, for the collective.

Return. Remember. Belong.

We have lived without this map for too long.

Taught to push through, to manage, to keep going. To live so far inside our heads that our bodies become somewhere we visit rather than somewhere we live.

And our transitions — the moments that were always meant to be witnessed and held — passed unmarked. Menarche met with silence or shame. Births and losses moved through alone. The crossing into new phases of womanhood — unnamed, unhonoured, unclaimed.

When we cross these thresholds without ceremony, without witnessing — something is stored. A grief that has no name. A longing that feels like homesickness but you don't know what home you're missing. Pieces of yourself, waiting.

Reclaiming this knowledge — the sacred intelligence of the feminine that has been suppressed for so long — is a revolutionary act.

When we reclaim our body literacy, when we begin to truly listen to what lives within us, we begin to see our own lives, not from the outside in - but from the inside out.

She Who Is is a pathway back to what was always yours.

Something in you already knows the way.

She Who Is, is a beginning of a pathway — a first step through a door that has always been there, waiting for you to feel ready enough to open it.

When we return to these thresholds — even years later — something completes. Something that has been held in the body, waiting, finally exhales.

Starting this journey of She Who Is, is not only for you, it is for the women who came before you, who never had this space.

It is for the women who will come after — watching you choose differently.

This is the red thread.

And it begins here.

Maybe something in you already feels this weaving of remembering
